Mr. Apurva Kalantri is a founder partner in KALANTRI AND ASSOCIATES. He is a practicing Chartered Accountant since 2011 and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with a Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce from Symbiosis College, Pune. He has done his articleship training under R.G. Mundada & Company, Chartered Accountants, Pune.

He has also qualified Diploma in Information Systems Audit (D.I.S.A) from ICAI. He has also done Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks conducted by ICAI. He has helped many organizations to set up business in India and operating it smoothly.

He has expertise in handling tax litigation matters in Income Tax & GST and has appeared before various tax authorities for the same. He has vast knowledge and a thorough understanding of Indian laws and regulations, as well as the complex corporate taxation system.

She has done her articleship training under P. G. Bhagwat LLP, Chartered Accountants, Pune.

Kajal Bhandari Dandane is a partner in KALANTRI AND ASSOCIATES.

She is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with a Master's Degree in Commerce from BYK College, Nashik. She has completed her articleship training under A.J. Modi & Company, Nashik.

She handles various assignments in the field of Statutory Audit and Internal Audits. She has also provided services in the field of implementing accounting system and setting various Internal Controls for newly established businesses.

She has taken many crash courses for CA students at ICAI, Nashik Branch. She has also been invited as a guest lecturer by many management colleges and as a career counsellor at various schools.

She is a self-motivated team leader & player with strong communication, relationship management and problem-solving skills. She is known for her analytical and innovative mind with the ability to think clearly and logically.

Vivek Rajendra Kumar Malu is a partner in Kalantri and Associates. He is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2010. He has completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Symbiosis College, Pune. He has done his articleship training under Banshi Jain and Associates, Mumbai.

• After qualifying the CA exam, he has worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers, Pune.
• He has a handful experience of handling statutory audits and internal audits.

He has also been a faculty for Advanced Accounting, Cost Accounting and Mathematics at various CA levels. He has also been giving lectures over various other topics at various prestigious institutions. He is an active team member and his advice on Accounting Standards as well as various Complex topics of taxation is greatly sought after.
